How many flowers do I get?
You will receive 5 bunches of flowers in your bucket, these will be chosen from the flower market on the morning of your delivery. I select the flowers based on what looks amazing and what is in season, ensuring you get flowers that last.
Can I specify what flowers I get?
Although I can't make any promises around the types of flowers you get as it will depend what's available at the market, if you have a specific request then please contact me and I'll do my best to help you.
Can I pause my delivery?
Yes, you can pause your deliveries if you are away. I need one weeks notice and you can pause for up to one month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, we require 2 weeks notice to cancel your subscription.
Do you deliver every week of the year?
No, we will be not be delivering over the Christmas and New Year period, or during school holiday periods - if you have a subscription you will be notified of these dates ahead of time. If there are any other times deliveries cannot be made you will be notified as soon as possible.
Where will my flowers be left?
Your flowers will be left in a bucket of water on your front doorstep, porch or in an area specified by you. A message will be sent to you once your flowers have arrived.
Do I need to be home?
You do not need to be home, but please be mindful that I am unable to specify a delivery time so it would be best if there was a protected spot for me to leave the bucket of flowers (in the shade, or under cover). A message will be sent once they have been delivered. Please leave detailed delivery instructions in your order if access is difficult. Please note I will not be entering yards with dangerous dogs.
What areas do you deliver to?
We are currently delivering to the following postcodes in Sydney: 2062, 2062, 2063, 2065, 2068, 2088, 2089, 2090.
Can I have a one-off delivery of flowers?
We can organise a custom delivery of flowers, on a once-off basis, however there will be an extra delivery charge applied. This is available to purchase as an option online.

What are the cut-off times for delivery?
Orders must be placed before Monday night to be delivered on the Wednesday of that week (2 days later). Any order placed on a Tuesday onwards will be delivered in the following week's delivery cycle.
Can I place a last minute order?
The orders are usually processed on a Tuesday, orders close for the Wednesday delivery on Monday night. Any orders placed after Monday will not be delivered until the following Wednesday (9 days later).
