TERMS & CONDITIONS

doorstepdaisies.com.au (the "site") is operated by Doorstep Daisies (ABN 93363610139) ("Doorstep Daisies" or "We"). When you use the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions that follow. These terms and conditions also govern the supply of any goods to you by Doorstep Daisies whether facilitated by the Site or by any other means. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should immediately cease use of the Site. The use of the Site and the provision of goods to you by Doorstep Daisies is conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions supersede and exclude all prior and other discussions, dealings, representations and arrangements relating to the use of the Site and/or the supply of goods by Doorstep Daisies.

Any failure on the part of Doorstep Daisies to exercise or any delay in exercising any right, power or remedy pursuant to these terms and conditions does not operate as a waiver. If any term of these terms and conditions is unenforceable or invalid, such term(s) will be severed and the remaining terms will continue to bind the parties.

We reserve the right, at our complete discretion, to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting revised terms on the Site. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions means you accept the changes.

ORDERS

Doorstep Daisies has sole discretion to accept or reject any order or any variation or modification of an order. Doorstep Daisies has sole discretion to accept or reject any order cancellation request. Doorstep Daisies expressly reserves the right to cancel and/or refund any order placed and/or paid for.

If you have entered into a subscription arrangement to receive flowers on a regular basis (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) you agree that your subscription will continue until such time as it is cancelled by you. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must do so with 2 weeks notice.

PRICE

Any price indications or price lists provided by Doorstep Daisies are subject to alteration at any time without notice. For the avoidance of doubt this includes subscription arrangements.

DELIVERY

Doorstep Daisies will make all reasonable efforts to have the flowers delivered to you on the date they are ordered. However, time is not of the essence under these terms and conditions and Doorstep Daisies shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in deliver for any reason. Doorstep Daisies is unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s your responsibility to make sure you provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. Every attempt will be made to make a delivery but if we are unable to access the property we will be unable to deliver the flowers.

 

COMPLAINTS

Doorstep Daisies goes to great lengths to source the very best flowers and products for our customers. Flowers sold online are perishable and a flower's life span is dependent on the variety, season, environment and care, resulting in varied life spans for different flowers.

Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on www.doorstepdaisies.com, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.

You can generally expect your flowers to last at least 4-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.

5 steps that will help your flowers to last as long as possible: 

1. Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and placed into a vase full of fresh water.
2. Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled full with fresh water
3. Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days
4. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight
5. Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning

If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days let us know within this time by emailing at hello@doorstepdaisies.com.au. Doorstep Daisies reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. Doorstep Daisies requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to our Team within 3 days of delivery.

To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.
